Our youth take Trietsch's core value of Servant Ministry very seriously, and so they dedicate a lot of their time and talents to serving others. Check back on this page for updates on youth mission projects, service days, and mission trips throughout the year.

If you have any questions, contact Associate Pastor of Youth Ministry Rev. Bill Mauldin at billm@tmumc.org.

Middle School Spring Break

March 15 - 18, 2020

Middle school students will stay with host families, do housing repair work in the community, share some meals, and participate in fun activities. Wednesday ends with fun and fellowship day.

We are looking for six or more homes that might be willing to host groups of kids for a couple of nights and provide meals. We would make sure each home had enough room and adults to supervise. If you think you have enough space and could host a small group of youth at your house, please let us know as soon as possible and thanks!

If you are willing to be a host home, contact Rev. Bill Mauldin at billm@tmumc.org.

Family Camp provides family centered program and activities for all ages. There is time to share in adventures together and time to rest and find renewal in what God has planned for your family. Meet Youth Staff

Safety Information

Background Checks

There is nothing more important to us than protecting your sweet kids and creating a safe space for spiritual growth. We require that all adults involved in Children or Youth Ministries, including staff, childcare workers, and volunteers, submit themselves for a background check as a safety precaution.

MinistrySafe

MinistrySafe is a safety training program that all volunteers (including teenagers), staff, and childcare workers are required to complete and renew every 2 years. MinistrySafe was created to help ministries meet legal standards of care and reduce the risk of sexual abuse using tools and technology tailored to fit the needs of churches, camps and ministry programs.

Volunteer

We are always looking for servants to help our youth grow. It is so important for our pre-teens and teens to know that they are radically loved by the church. Don't worry about your abilities or experience. Join our team of servants to help provide a fun, safe and spiritual environment for our students to grow in relationship with Jesus Christ. Fill out the form to tell us where you'd like to serve.
