Mondays | Mindfulness Practices

Each Monday we will release a new mindfulness practice for you to try with a link to additional mental health resources.

Tuesdays | Virtual Roundtables

On Tuesday nights at 7pm we'll host Virtual Roundtables with panelists who have personally experienced one of our mental health topics. You can watch wherever you live stream our content.

Wednesdays | Podcast Episodes

On Wednesdays we release podcast episodes that feature the panelists from the Virtual Roundtables so you can learn more about their stories.

Thursdays | Looking Up Class

Join us in the FLC on Thursday nights for group discussion around mental health and where it intersects with our faith.

May 18 | NAMIwalk

On May 18 we will participate in a NAMIwalk around the building to raise awareness of mental illness and remove the stigma.

May 23 | Parenting Fatigue Workshop

On May 23 we will host an online parenting fatigue workshop via Zoom to share practical tips and have meaningful conversation about the struggles of parenting fatigue.
