Holy Yoga

Vinyasa Holy Yoga is a dynamic flow from posture to posture, often referred to as Flow Yoga or Power Yoga. All levels welcome as modifications and props are provided in all classes.

Tai Chi Gung

Mondays @ 10:30 am

Tai Chi Gung is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, is practiced as a graceful form of exercise to improve balance. It involves a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner and accompanied by deep breathing. Classes are located in the Family Life Center.

Mondays @ 6:30 pm

STRONG by Zumba Fitness also known as HITTZ is a high intensity tempo training Zumba style. Optimize your workout and make every minute count as you push beyond your limits!

Dance2Fit combines high-intensity workouts with upbeat and high energy music. Everyone welcome!

Senior Mobility Yoga

Thursdays @ 11 am

This Senior Yoga class, taught by Jennifer Powell, uses movement, meditation and breathing exercises to stretch and strengthen the body, focus the mind and improve general well being with emphasis on increasing bone health.

Zumba

Thursdays @ 6:30 pm

Taught by Star Tovar, Zumba Fitness combines Latin and international music with dance moves incorporating interval training alternating fast and slow rhythms as well as resistance training. You get a head to toe workout without even realizing it. This class is a great place to make friends, have fun and get healthy!
