We believe BODY & SOUL is where FITNESS meets FAITH. We offer weekly opportunities to get active in the name of Christ.

Currently, our on campus fitness classes are only offered on Tuesday with limited space available. We will not offer childcare. Classes that are meeting must practice social distancing and wear masks.

Senior Chair Yoga

Tuesdays @ 11 am

This class, taught by Jennifer Powell, uses movement, meditation and breathing exercises to stretch and strengthen the body, focus the mind and improve general well being. Chair yoga is done in a seat and is easy enough for all levels particularly for those that have limited range of motion or find traditional yoga postures challenging.

LIMITED TO 20 PARTICIPANTS - Must supply own strap & ball and wear a mask

Pickleball is often described as a mix of ping-pong, tennis and badminton played on a mini tennis court with an oversized ping-pong paddle and a ball similar to a whiffle ball.... It's fast, fun, addictive and can be played by people of all ages and athletic abilities.

Must sign up in advance for a 1hour time slot. NO WALK-INS. Only 6 players allowed per court.
