We welcome all middle school students to be part of our weekly worship and small groups to explore who Jesus Christ is to them. Our goal is to help our 6th-8th graders lead others into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
If you are looking for additional info, please email Associate Pastor of Youth Ministry Rev. Bill Mauldin at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Sunday evening is open to all youth in middle school and high school. Join us every Sunday evening for dinner and small groups in the Family Life Center starting at 5 pm. Worship will be held in the Ministry Center from 5:45 to 6:15 pm.
The youth will then move back to the FLC and break into small groups. This is a chance for students to get to know each other in a comfortable environment as we discover a deeper relationship with Jesus together.
Middle School youth have the opportunity to participate in their own version of Life Groups in the Family Life Center on Wednesday nights. They will learn how to look for God in their daily experiences and in each other.

Confirmation is specifically created for 6th graders (and 7/8th graders who have not participated). They attend weekly classes to prepare them for the choice of whether to confirm their baptism and turn their life over to Christ.

Youth attend worship together in the Contemporary worship on Sunday mornings in the Sanctuary. Meet us by the donuts on Sunday mornings (always a great place to be) to meet new people to sit with in worship.
Youth sunday school meets every Sunday morning at 11 am for 6th-12th graders in the Family Life Center (FLC). These classes offer the opportunity for middle school and high school students to come together and learn about Christ.
We start as a large group and then split into small group discussions for the remainder of the hour. Join us in the FLC every week.
Associate Pastor of Youth Ministry
Bill has been working in youth ministry for over 20 years and has a deep passion for connecting teens to God's energy. Stop by The Ridge on Sunday nights at 5 pm to meet him!
Youth Choir Director
For Amanda, Rejoice Choir is about so much more than music. On top of making a joyful noise, the choir serves others, studies Scripture, and uses music to feel more connected to God.
There is nothing more important to us than protecting your sweet kids and creating a safe space for spiritual growth. We require that all adults involved in Children or Youth Ministries, including staff, childcare workers, and volunteers, submit themselves for a background check as a safety precaution.
MinistrySafe is a safety training program that all volunteers (including teenagers), staff, and childcare workers are required to complete and renew every 2 years. MinistrySafe was created to help ministries meet legal standards of care and reduce the risk of sexual abuse using tools and technology tailored to fit the needs of churches, camps and ministry programs.
We are always looking for servants to help our youth grow. It is so important for our pre-teens and teens to know that they are radically loved by the church. Don't worry about your abilities or experience. Join our team of servants to help provide a fun, safe and spiritual environment for our students to grow in relationship with Jesus Christ.
Fill out the form to tell us where you'd like to serve.
