Therapy and counseling are not dirty words. Going to a counselor does not mean you are weak or incapable. It means quite the opposite. People who are willing to seek therapy are strong enough to face their fears, problems, and do the work to self-actualize.
We are huge proponents of therapy and counseling at Trietsch. So much so, that we have recently started hosting Kim Peterson and Clint Donaldson, Licensed Professional Counselors, from The Center in our building to make sessions more accessible to our congregation.
Whether you are looking for family therapy, play therapy, couples counseling, individual therapy, or something more specific, we truly believe that counseling will create positive change in your life.
