Rev. Daniel Humbert, Senior Pastor
Daniel is a native Texan and has served as a pastor for over 20 years in Oklahoma, the U.K., Argyle, DeSoto, and Trophy Club, TX before Trietsch. He has a BBA in Organizational Behavior from the Cox School of Business and a BA in Religious Studies from Dedman College as well as a Master of Divinity from Perkins School of Theology, all of which are at Southern Methodist University.
He enjoys snow skiing, traveling, reading and yard work. Daniel and his wife Kay are blessed with two amazing children, Josiah and Sadie.

Rev. Doug Meyer, Associate Pastor of Caring Ministries
Doug is an Ordained Deacon in the United Methodist Church and a graduate of Perkins School of Theology. He received his BA in Christian Education from Centenary College of Louisiana. Doug has a deep passion for Recovery Ministry and has a Professional in Residence certificate from Hazelden Recovery Center. As Associate Pastor of Caring Ministries, Doug understands the need for community and connection when dealing with addiction, grief, mental illness, divorce, physical illness, and all of the obstacles life throws at us.
Two of Doug’s favorite hobbies are photography and painting. He loves sharing his abstract creations with friends on Facebook and asking for their interpretations of his art. Friend him on Facebook and see for yourself! Doug also enjoys traveling and playing with his grandkids. The staff kids at Trietsch often wander into Pastor Doug’s office to feed his fish and chat.

Rev. Karen Chraska, Associate Pastor of Worship Arts
Karen manages and directs all things centered around music at Trietsch. She has BAs in both Vocal Performance and Communication with a minor in Theater from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She also has a Masters in Sacred Music from SMU. Karen is a member of the United Methodist Church 2020 Hymnal Committee, Choristers Guild, The Fellowship of United Methodist in Worship Music and Arts, and American Guild of Handbell Ringers.
She loves to sing and has a deep passion for using music to make a divine connection to God. When Karen isn’t singing, selecting music, or simply being a rock star, she spends time traveling, cooking, reading, working outside, and doing service projects. Don’t be surprised if she gives you a dozen eggs as a gift because she also keeps chickens as pets!

Rev. Dr. Nick McRae, Associate Pastor of Serving Ministries
Nick McRae is a poet and United Methodist pastor. He is the author of The Name Museum (C&R Press, 2014)—winner of the De Novo Poetry Prize—and Mountain Redemption (Black Lawrence Press, 2013), which won the Fall 2011 Black River chapbook competition. He is the editor of the anthology Gathered: Contemporary Quaker Poets (Sundress Publications, 2013). His poems, essays, and translations appear in Cincinnati Review, Measure, The Southern Review, and elsewhere.
Nick has been a Fulbright fellow in the Slovak Republic, where he taught English and American literature, a member of the Sewanee Writers' Conference staff, a University Fellow at The Ohio State University, where he earned his M.F.A. in creative writing, and a Robert B. Toulouse Fellow at the University of North Texas, where he earned his Ph.D. in English. He is currently a Master of Divinity student at Southern Methodist University's Perkins School of Theology in Dallas. Born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and raised in the Northwest Georgia foothills, Nick lives in Richardson, Texas, with his wife Annie.

Rev. Bill Mauldin, Director of Youth Ministries
Bill is originally from northeastern Oklahoma. He began working in ministry with youth and their families in 1997 and has been doing it ever since. He has B.A. in Marketing from Northeastern State University and an MDiv from Phillips Theological seminary. He was ordained as a Deacon in 2019.
Bill loves to "read" books with Audible, watch movies, and find interesting places to eat. Bill is married to his wife Branda and they have two teenagers, their son Barrett and daughter Ryan.
