This class, taught by Jennifer Powell, uses movement, meditation and breathing exercises to stretch and strengthen the body, focus the mind and improve general well being. Chair yoga is done in a seat and is easy enough for all levels particularly for those that have limited range of motion or find traditional yoga postures challenging. Donations of $3 are appreciated
