This Is Us

There's a new TV show called, "This is Us" where two simple truths are lived out—we need each other and we're knitted together—This is us! It takes courage to put yourself out there. The real you. We live in a world where we are expected to be everything to everybody.

At Trietsch, we welcome you to be yourself and live out life and faith with purpose. We'll lay out our mission and values and how you can live purposefully with us as God created you. This is us.

February 5  Our Mission:  Romans 5: 6-11

February 12  Our Values:  Matthew 22: 26-40

February 19 Your Spiritual Gifts:  1 Corinthians 12: 1-11

Discover a craving for God beyond our personal appetites.

We were made to crave. To crave is to feel a powerful desire for ________. We can each fill in the blank differently. It's the body and mind's way of telling us that we're missing something. For many of us, cravings are less essential: maybe a cookie, salty snack, or just one more episode of that binge-worthy show. But we also have deep-rooted cravings that bring us fulfillment and purpose. God made us to CRAVE Him and His presence so our hearts begin to beat more like His.

What if we craved freedom instead of Thin Mints, connection instead of The Walking Dead, or true life instead of Cool Ranch Doritos? Lent and Easter is a time to reflect on these cravings and make sacrifices in appreciation of the sacrifice Jesus Christ made for us. Join us for CRAVE: a call to prayer and fasting.

Sunday Small Groups

Sunday School

Sunday school classes and small groups connect us relationally to share life and faith together as we grow in our relationships with Jesus Christ and each other. Sunday small groups are offered at 8, 9:30 or 11 am every week.

Our small groups are for all adults regardless of age, background or where you are in your Christian journey. Groups learn together, fellowship together and serve together. Most small groups are composed of 15-20 participants although there are a few Sunday morning small groups that are much larger.

Stop by the info desk on Sunday mornings outside of the Sanctuary. We'd be happy to help you connect with a small group that fits your needs.

Serve on Sundays

The Hospitality ministry of Trietsch is often the first impression a guest has to our wonderful church. We want to create a warm and welcoming environment for every person that walks through our doors.  It takes many volunteers on Sunday mornings to make this happen.

Please consider serving on Sunday mornings. Fill out the contact form if you are interested or contact Allison Lassahn, Worship Connections Coordinator 972-539-8547 x286.
