Safe Sanctuary Volunteer Training - All volunteers who will have any contact with children must complete the Safe Sanctuary Training. Click on the link to download the PDF document. You may also pick up a hard copy in the church office or at the Faith Voyage Information Desk.
Safe Sanctuary Quiz - After completing the Safe Sanctuary Training above, please complete the Safe Sanctuary Quiz prior to such contact. Click on the link to complete the quiz. You may also pick up a hard copy in the church office or at the Faith Voyage Information Desk.
Background Check - You will also need to complete a Volunteer Screening Form in order for us to complete a Background Check. If you will be driving a car for children's events, you must also complete the Auto Safety Form. Click on the links below to download each form.
