Please do not use electronic forms yet. They are currently in the testing stage. Your request will not be received if used.
In order to help streamline your interaction with the church, we will provide certain church forms online. We will usually provide a few different ways to access the form:
- An Adobe Acrobat PDF file. This is an industry standard format that you probably already have access to on your machine. If you do not, go to Adobe Acrobat website and download and instal the FREE viewer. The instructions are included on their page. When a PDF file is displayed on your screen, the church website's menu WILL NOT appear. You may save the file to your local machine or print it out. When you are done, press the BACK button on your browser to return to the church web site. You may fax, mail or hand deliver the form to the appropriate church office.
- On-line submission form. This will direct you to a window in which you can fill in the information on line and SUBMIT the form to the church office. If the form requires additional information (such as a receipt) you may send this in separately.

Building Usage
Trietsch has been blessed with wonderful facilities with which we are to carry out the mission of the church. It is our responsibility to be wise stewards of all of our resources, including our facilities. To this end, our building use policy exists to ensure that everyone that uses our facilities adheres to the following tenets:
• Activities conducted here fit with who we and what we believe as a United Methodist Church
• The use of this church and its facilities glorifies God
• All members and visitors are treated as honored guests
• The life of our facilities is extended through proper care and maintenance
• Appropriate energy conservation, cost reduction, and safety measures are observed
• Our facilities are properly protected against loss and misuse

Media Requests
If your room request requires additional media, i.e. microphones, screens, sound, etc., you must complete a Media Request Form in advance in addition to your room request form. Last minute requests or needs may not be able to be honored. For further information contact Alan Miles at alanm@tmumc.org.

Communications Requests
If your church event/activity requires publicity, you must complete a Communications Request Form and submit to the Communications Team. Even if you complete your request electronically, a signature must be obtained from the staff Ministry Director and submitted via hardcopy. The electronic request would put it in the queue.
