Boys and girls ages 4 years old through 4th grade may participate. (Grade you
are in this school year). Children should be 4 years old by March 1, 2012. The
cost is $100 per player which includes jersey, shorts, water bottle, soccer
socks, car magnet, and an end-of-season award.
Each player MUST complete an evaluation on one of these
dates:
- Saturday, February 11, 2 - 4 p.m.
- Saturday, February 18, 9 -
12 p.m.
This is important so we can make all the teams equally balanced. Plus
be able to provide your child with the right uniform size prior to the first
game.
The Upward® sports experience emphasizes healthy competition, sportsmanship,
skills building and fun.
The purpose of the evaluation session is to ensure balanced, competitive
teams in which Every Child Is A Winner™. For more information about Upward
